Terms & Condition

  1. 40% advance payment against confirmation (Non refundable in case of cancellation or postponement
    under any circumstances) Balance 60% of the Payment Shall be made 7 days Prior to the function &
    Final Payment. If any strictly at the end of the function by cash or local cheque only. The management
    reserves the right to cancel the function if payment is not paid on time
  2. Banquet hall timings are 4 hrs. from starting time. Excess will be charged as small hall @ 3000/-
    & Big hall @ 5000/- per hours
  3. We serve Jain food also
  4.  Sharing on plates is not allowed
  5. Children above 5 years are chargeable
  6. Any reduction in number of guaranteed persons is allowed 7 Days Prior of the function & not later.
  7. Menu to be finalized at least one week in advance
  8. Party will be responsible for any physical damage done to the premises
  9. The management will be not be responsible for the lost of any valuable with in the premises
  10. Dogs (Pet) or any animals not allowed is premises
  11. Consumption of alcohol or alcoholic beverages is strictly not allowed in the premises
  12. Flower decoration, birthday decoration, Octomonm stalls (from the only) if any can arranged at extra charges
  13. DJ & crackers are not allowed inside the premises
  14. Audio visual aid if any can be arranged at extra charges
  15. Charges will be calculated on actual total number of persons or minimum guaranteed number of person
    whichever is higher
  16. The management has rights to changes the rates without any prior notice .
  17. Car parking in common parking will be at owner's risk
  18. Management Strictly Prohibited the use of Nails, Adhesice Tapes or Pins for any Decoration Purpose.
  19. The Management shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused by an act of God, nature, accident, or failure
    of any services which are beyond our control
